Beyond technical difficulties, today’s managers are facing adaptive problems, with no clear cut answers.
The Executive Mind Training Programme (EMTP) is a highly interactive programme aiming at enhancing focus, clarity and self-management skills to boost resilience and effectiveness. The programme is available for individuals, small cohorts (15 participants) or big groups (50 to 100 participants). Although a typical intervention has a 6- to 8-week duration, workshops or seminar formats can also be organised.
